Chillen, I'll marry you if you'll have me![]()
Why do people seriously worship chillen?
Very good question.
Get your jaw line in order. I like strong he man jaw lines.
Chillen
We all need .
...Ren McCormack just doesn't do it for me anymore.
Oh come on now....let's put things in perspective.
TFV came on with a lot of enthusiasm & promise....it sorta sounded like spam (and we get a lot of that here)...but time will tell. I think his enthusiasm & confidence was misinterpretted as having some arrogance. He's trying to be a leader, it happens. Whatever. Let's see how things play-out and give him the benefit of the doubt.
Chillen rose to the occassion and blew his fitness wad by proclaiming the "I'm almost 50 and sub 8%". Newflash: Chillen already has an 8-pack, he's disqualified from the 6-pack Challenge because he's already there (and beyond it).
Nobody "worships" Chillen. He's a popular guy cause he strives to help & motivate people in his own post-excessive-drug-use wayBut to his credit, he's comfortable referring people to Wrangell & Derwydon for more technical info. It's all good, leave his Chillenness alone.
Gooch, you could do better.
Mabye TFV is looking for some people to make a change and then use for reference...or maybe he just feels like helping people. Time and again I've contemplated putting together a Fitness/Health center and bringing together a great team of people to offer help to the obese & unhealthy masses; there's a sense of Godliness in helping people. Nothing wrong with that.
I don't see a spam/profit motive here for TFV, I think he just came across with enthusiasm, confidence and a quick rise to show leadership....and a few of us jumped on him with well-placed skepticism.
Enough.
Hey, I'm starting to show some ab lines and would be interested in hearing about any program that could help me develop and get further. TFV, count me in. And I'm in California so maybe I'll take-on all 5 of your team at once......years of watching professional wrestling have given me the intellectual advantage & edge: I'm good with the chiar, table, referee distraction and misdirection. Hook a fatty up!
Seriously; I'm in!
I dont know if anyone "worships" Chillen. I made the comment because I believe he could handle the workout based on what I know of his training routine and that fact he already has the 6 pack that the workout is designed to provide. Chillen is respected because he takes the time to advise and provide motivation to other members on here who ask it of him. Just as you and Derwyddon provide advice and also get the same respect, at least from me you do.
So you are not confident in yourself that you could handle the workout?

It's anyones guess......but, I know I certainly don't.
I suppose that's a possibility.
Well, I suspect if you ask any of the other regular contributors for advice on health & fitness and or issues pertaining to motivation, they'd be more than happy & willing to help out. In fact, based on my short time on this forum I'd say almost any member that has specifically been asked for advice almost always - and generously - provides it.
With respect to providing advice, Chillen should garner the same amount of respect as any other member who provides valid advice on this forum IMO. With the possible exception of the advice one might get from some of the certified trainers on this forum - which may carry more weight as a result of the fact they are able to draw upon both a solid grounding of academic-based knowledge along with a well of practical field experience dealing with a variety of clients.
Thats why chillen imo is the most respected and most liked member of this forum
He strives to motivate and help people with their problems.
When he sees someone is having problems, he makes sure to visit their journals and give a good word of advice, and this is just one of the few reasons many members on this forum including myself go to him for advice
Not "certified personal trainers".
