Monday - LS Belly Blasting 2 Fast Miles (Walking Aerobics) 30 mins.

I can tell my body is starting to adjust..... I wasn't gasping for air as much...lol... I only had to switch to a light jog a couple of times as well during some of the big power moves. :D

Hey Stacy!

I'm a crazy pet owner too. I have three cats that love to snuggle. They're always all up on me when I'm trying to do something important!

Sounds like you're doing great with your exercise regimen. I'm glad that your body is starting to adjust. It's always so much better to exercise when you can breathe during it, huh? LOL

Will be following your diary. :)

:hug2: Thanks for visiting Brittany!

That's my ZuZu too... She follows me everywhere. :)

HA, yes breathing is important! Another reason why I love Leslie Sansone so much.. She reminds you to not hold your breath with hard moves and to blow out/empty your lungs..lol

:) I´m starting to be able to breathe when cycling up the big bad hill so I can totally relate, go you!

LOL! That's great LaMaria! :hurray:

I had a busy day today with errands, hair cut and then stopped at one of my favorite parks on the way home and Briskly Walked 2.5 Miles.
Lots of inclines and a couple of small hills. I feel it I tell ya! lol

It was such a beautiful day today. Only been home about 30 minutes. Gotta jump in shower and start supper! ;)

It's great that exercise is getting easier & you are breathing better. I hope your Husband & son hop on board the Stacy train. You're being a great example to them. Stay strong Stacy & show themwhat is possible. Cheers, Cate

Thanks Cate! :grouphug: I hope they do too! For their health & my goodness it would make my life easier and my journey easier! LOL

Last Night: Omigosh.......... I can't even describe how much pain I was in re: my plantar fasciitis in left heel.. That "concrete" at the park did me in!!

I have great walking shoes and the plantar fasciitis gel inserts for shoes. This truly scares me bc I love the outdoors and want to walk at the parks I LOVE!

Time to save up some money and get to the doc for new x-rays and those horrid/painful cortisone shots. That will give me relief for about 6 months.

Our dumb ins. will not renew until January.

I actually needed crutches last night. I'm going to have to buy those as well. I have the start of the spurs in my toes as well so it was hard to get around last night walking on tip toes bc I could NOT put any pressure on my heel. I was so wobbly and almost fell over a couple of times.

Today, I can put pressure on heel but very sore/tender.. Especially after my work out. :banghead:

I REFUSE to throw in the towel and stop/be knocked off track again. My foot will just have to fall off first. LMBO!

Do you know anybody near you that can show you how to strap your feet to deal with the pain, it can be a bit awkward strapping your own injuries but worth it for the pain relief.

otherwise I can probably find a video showing you how to do it.

Thanks y'all! :hug2:

Taking a break... It's OCD Scrub Cleaning Day... :D lol

This disorder is a curse and a blessing... :willy_nilly:

Very gloomy and slightly dark right now, as we are expecting A LOT of rain later and most of Friday.

I have to change my grocery store day to Saturday now bc Friday will be heavy rain and #1, who wants to get soaked tryin' to get into store and then loading car with groceries?

Not me! lol ... Our streets flood really bad around here as well and it's not safe anyway. Trying not to be too disturbed about the change in plans..We do need the rain!

It was so sad while walking at the park the other day to see the beautiful pond drying up! I felt so sorry for all the ducks!

Back to cleaning...Have A Great Thursday Everyone! :seeya:

We are both in the zone for 5-7 inches and near 7-10 inches cumulative for this system. Stay safe and take comfort in the fact that this will pull us out of the drought and fire hazard we are in.

Sorry your foot sucks. Rolling my foot on a one size larger than normal can (can't remember the size) helped with my plantar fasciitis.

Thank goodness all the cleaning/laundry is DONE! :)

It is POURING here and we are already gettin' flood warnings. *sigh* Texas always has ta do everything Big and with a Bang!

At midnight they say it will be even stronger. We will get a months worth of rain in 3 days!

I will probably have ta take a raft to Wal*Mart Saturday!

Seriously, I probably will!

Lol wiiiiiilson! It's funny to me that it's down pouring in Texas but it's been mild and warm in old Raincouver. Not that I'm complaining !

slickchik: That is something! ;) I think everyone has had odd weather as of late...lol

Boy, we got a lot of rain... Gettin' a break right now, but more is coming...

Polly: Foot is doing better...It gets set off by concrete, hard flooring and so on. I will be in pain after Wal*Mart tomorrow...

Working on couponing and grocery list today.

Need to get my work out in as well!

Won't get to the store until Sunday afternoon now.. :cuss: Don't like my routine to change!

Bands of heavy rain are still hitting us and now tomorrow will be bad and they changed our forecast bc of the hurricane.. :willy_nilly:

We will get MORE rain all day/evening tomorrow as well. Streets here are already bad/flooded.. They are even tellin' people to stay off hwy's bc they are pooling deep water now.

Sunday morning should be the last of rain and we start to dry out. *sigh*

Working hard Stacy! I hope the scale is kind to you.
