Ok im 23 years old and I have never done a serious workout once in my life, I need to get into shape bad before it's too late. I have new motivation and think now is the time. I eat poorly usually just twice a day plus junk food, and alot of the meals I eat are fast food or frozen dinners. I'm 6' and weigh about 220. I'm not really fat but I have a just and lots of flab on my upper body. My legs are not fat at all really. I just want a better build, nothing impossible, I don't need to be ripped, I just want to know the best and fastest weigh to achieve this. I am willing to commit alot of time but I do have a full time job. I am also very poor so I can't sign up for a gym right now.
