Hmm, so I felt better today, but still didn't eat all that better. I still haven't gone to the gym this week. I feel skinnier today than any other day though.

Overall, I had like 1800 calories. Came home, weighed in at 196.6, but i'm surprised at that too because I feel skinnier. How weird! I drank 8 cups of water, going to go drink a few cups more before going to bed.

woke up late today, weighed in at 193.8. Slow and steady, I suppose? let's just hope! I feel skinny though, so weird! i know a workout will speed up my weight loss, just when i do it.

Gym

At the gym, I weighed 194.6. At home, I weighed 192.8. I feel okay! Tomorrow, i'll go to the gym again and on Sunday too. Got home, was about to take a nap, but then got called to go to a really nice steakhouse to eat dinner for my grandmother's dinner.
 
I weighed in today at like 4pm and was 194.6 Soooo surprised because I ate some crazy breakfast!


830am: 1 slice of toast w/ jam, 1/2 cup hash brown, 2 cup combo omelet, 1 cup grit, 1.5cup oj, and 1 sausage link

6pm: 5oz beef, 2 slices toast, 1 cheese stick, chicken thigh and drumstick w/o the skin

I know today is a good day to go to the gym, but I just got called out from my friends to go clubbing. So, I'll go to the club tonight and dance my ass off and hopefully weigh 194.6 when I get back!
