I actually do care what YOU think.

After I ate dinner last night, i sat for a straight 4 hours. Never sit longer than 50 minutes straight!!! It's bad for you! Anyways, went to bed feeling okay, light, definitely not full. Woke up, felt skinny and weighed myself. 195.8, so you tell me how i lose 3 pounds over night when I ate 1) pasta 2) pesto and alfredo sauce) and only worked out for 30 minutes.


Breakfast

1 eggplant in garlic black bean sauce

4 slices of pesto sauce pizza w/ kilbasa homemade

1 nectarine

3 fish nuggets 550

drank 6 glasses of water


Snack

2 cups fresh cut fruit (cantaloupe, papaya, blueberries, strawberries, raspberries)

GAWD, that late dinner took me over and beyond. I am at full capacity. My body is tired from swimming at the lake. My tummy did not like the late night Korean bar food. It didn't settle well with me at all, a lot of preservatives and processed food and sugar...I don't feel good.


Tomorrow, snacking is out of the picture. I plan on drinking tons of water and eating some edamame and grilled chicken breast. I'll probably go to the gym to do a 30minute work out.
 
today i ate pretty well, i think in my book. I didn't poo though any of yesterday's crazy fiasco eating!!

I think I ate like 1300 calories, I felt a lot fuller today, so I feel like I ate more calories though. I felt full because of all the water I was chugging down in 7 hours. I drank like 5 cups of water in 7 hours, which I think is quite a lot!


I feel like working out tomorrow night!

So up to lunch, I was at like 800 calories and super full because I downed like 5 cups of water in 7 hours! But dinner was mostly like 800 calories because of the sangria and downed 2 more cups of water, so i'm up to 1,600 calories for the day.


I am devoting myself to three nights at the gym, weigh-in at work on Friday. I am very excited!!!!!
 
I decided not to go to the gym, as long as I eat healthy, or low calories. I feel good so far. I am surprised how full? I feel because I do drink, what seems to be, a lot of water. I'm just not hungry.

Tomorrow, I feel like I should go to the gym, just to add some exercise. =)

Today, I did a crazy 10 out of 10 effort scale on the cycling bike for 40 minutes. CRAZY GOOD. beading sweat!

I weighed in at home around 5 at 194.2 so i look forward to my weigh in on friday. It's just scary because it's with my clothes on and on a real scale!! not a digital one!


I am exhausted. Woo, I plan on carbing up a bit tomorrow. Cinnamon bread for breakfast? Oh yes...mmmmm
 
If I stick around, or make it past losing 15 pounds, then I'll start being nice.


I really feel like I can't say I'll stay or make some permanent change, because each time after time I freakin' fall off after 15 pounds or within 2 months.


MUST continue making healthy choices! Losing weight is a healthy bonus!!!
 
Fell asleep so tired and exhausted from cycling. Slept at 10, woke up at 645. Didn't wake up famished, but bloated due to my period. ARGH! hahaha, i can't wait for this to pass......i'm down to 193, so it's moving. I've seen these numbers so often, I want to see a 180-something, and then a 170-something...


179 will be an awesome day!

I couldn't believe I got on the scale this morning to find that I was NOT heavy at 196...and I slowly, oh so slowly moved the scale down which made the pendulum portion jump to 192. It was awesome!!!!



I was starving, I didn't have anything for breakfast, I should never let that happen!!!

I only drank 3 cups of water today. I am pretty thirsty, especially after that taco bell! Those chicken flatbreads are pretty salty so they are extremely addictive. I should've ate that first so that the two other items would take care of the salty addiction feeling. 1565 calories, I plan on getting full on water for the rest of the night! I need a lot more water!! I've drank 7 cups of water total today.



Tomorrow, I'm planning a hike with some friends, if that happens, that'll be great!
 
Woke up, stepped up on the scale, was 192.6lb. Not so bad. Came home to 193.0lb. I like the fact that I can enjoy food, while losing weight. =) I just gotta eat less of everything.


I took the dogs out for a walk, and then cooked a yummy breakfast of beef. Today, I went on the hike for 3 hours. We went to a very fancy restaurant that had delectable seafood! The dessert was also scrumptious! The hike was very tiring. I had a walking stick with me that gave me one heck of a right arm workout. The hike is graded moderate-difficult because it is basically all incline/stairs for 1.4 miles, then you reach a picnic area and then make a return. It took us 3 hours to hike 2.8miles! And trust me, it was difficult!!! I will sweating 10 out of 10.


I wonder if beef makes my body release food quick because after breakfast, i went to the bathroom twice. Weird? Refreshing, yet weird.

I ran out of money tonight, since dinner was a little expensive. The money that was suppose to last me for another week. So, this week for lunch....I'll take my tub of edamame hummus to work, two pita breads, apples and oranges. Also, I need to boil my bag of edamame, and can cook my chicken breast. I should also fry some eggs, or boil them. I ran out of cheese sticks too. =(
 
Woke up at 191.0, I have to survive on WLF for more than 2 months, and also stop weighing myself every day. I think weighing in every other day or every 3 days is the best. If i can last longer than 2 months, or 15 pounds on WLF, i'll be so proud of myself.

11 cups water. 1,400 calories. That sandwich from Togos was so good. I was so full after just eating half of it, but I finished it because I didn't want to throw it away or take it home. But I don't regret it because I'd rather be at 1,400 calories than at 1,150 calories.


It's going to be really hard not to spend any money this week....I'm trying to stick to a budget, it's tough!!!


Next goal is 9/7: 189! Let's do it!!

The next few days are critical. My thighs are still EXTREMELY SORE after the hike, so painful to go up and down stairs.

- Drink 10+ cups of water

- Focus on lean proteins and greens and fruits

- High fiber cereal in the mornings

- Cardio (lengthy and sweaty)


Goal is still 189, just pushed back for TWO days, 9/9!!
 
Leftovers are gone out of this house, through the way of my mouth. Man, but was it good...Thank God that is all done with.

1,700 calories. No gym, but I did clean my room a bit. I jumped on the scale to see the damage tonight after dinner and I was at 196. I only drank like 7 cups of water so far, still got 3 more cups to go for the night. I pooed three times today, gosh. That's how much junk was in me!!! I hope to drink 10 cups of water tomorrow WITH a gym workout, I'll take my clothes with me to ensure I'll go ;)


Going to the gym tomorrow. Going to try my best to stay as close to my diet as possible.

I won't be back on track until it happens. THREE consecutive days of messing up. BOO!!!


I don't want to even weigh myself until I'm successful for at least 5 days. I feel like that much of a failure.

Hey, don't get discouraged. What is done is done you can't go back, only thing you CAN control is your Next 5days ;)
