After I ate dinner last night, i sat for a straight 4 hours. Never sit longer than 50 minutes straight!!! It's bad for you! Anyways, went to bed feeling okay, light, definitely not full. Woke up, felt skinny and weighed myself. 195.8, so you tell me how i lose 3 pounds over night when I ate 1) pasta 2) pesto and alfredo sauce) and only worked out for 30 minutes.
Breakfast
1 eggplant in garlic black bean sauce
4 slices of pesto sauce pizza w/ kilbasa homemade
1 nectarine
3 fish nuggets 550
drank 6 glasses of water
Snack
2 cups fresh cut fruit (cantaloupe, papaya, blueberries, strawberries, raspberries)
12oz keystone light beer -_-" tasted like water

Lunch
2 servings kettle chips 300
5oz steak 200
1 hamburger patty 150
1 tomato
1/2 hamburger bun, cheese, lettuce
1 cup 7up soda
1550 calories so far and then some more...
Late Dinner
3 shots of Soju + Yogurt
1 cup of Kimchi Fried Rice
1 cup of Dduk Bok Ki
3 pieces of fried chicken in sauce
GAWD, that late dinner took me over and beyond. I am at full capacity. My body is tired from swimming at the lake. My tummy did not like the late night Korean bar food. It didn't settle well with me at all, a lot of preservatives and processed food and sugar...I don't feel good.
Tomorrow, snacking is out of the picture. I plan on drinking tons of water and eating some edamame and grilled chicken breast. I'll probably go to the gym to do a 30minute work out.
