Just wondering how is that diet, oops " change of eating style" going?.....we have not heard for a while..... just interested in knowing your progress, because you are in the same plan as me...
 
Yeah, sorry guys! I've been soooo busy with finals and stuff that I haven't had time to check my email, much less post something! :)

I was pretty bad during finals. I'm an emotional eatter, so I was stressed and just couldn't stand it! I had some cookies and a few extra starches....so I lost 1 lb last week...that's better than gaining weight I guess!!!

I went to the weight loss center....it was measure day :( Sooooooo, I won't keep you in any suspence anylonger! So far, I have lost 4 inches in my "waist", 0.5 inches in my thigh, 1 inch in my bust and the hips ain't budging....haha! Somehow I know they're going last! Also, over all, I've lost 10.5 pounds! :D :D :D Yay!

Sooooo, working at Subway again is kinda sucky....those cookies are soooo good... :( But it's ok! :D I can resist those cookies by looking at the nutritional guide! :D

Hey Hyperrose, I've missed all this weight loss, congrats and more congrats to you, you're awesome. Good luck with finals and keep resisting those cookies!
 
Today has been great. I am off of work and sleeping a lot....so not eatting bad stuff ;) For breakfast I had 3 eggs, for lunch I had some carrots (I was sleepy and didn't want to eat a lot before going to sleep. I'm not sure if that is true about going to sleep on a full tum tum, but I'll assume it is...can't hurt!). Then I woke up and watched tv some. I cooked some chicken on the stove. Cooked some broccoli and cheese pasta for my boyfriend. I made boiled okra, steamed broccoli, and cut up some carrots and cucumber with a glass of milk. :) Mmmm :D

Anyway, since today's my lazy day, I haven't done any exercises, but I have done laundry which I think is just as well haha.

Well, I'm going to go watch mythbusters on tv now :D I love that show!!! :)

Eh, Subway cookies are my worst enemy! I had 3 today :( ...off plan! *sighs* So, I didn't eat one of my alloted candy bars...trying to even it out a little bit??? haha

So now I'm sittin here watching Christmas movies eatting baby carrots! :) I love baby carrots! ...and grapes! :D My new favorite good-for-me foods! :D yum yum Nevermind...just fond the biggest looser finale...must watch it....very motivational! ;) I wanna be a biggest looser! :D :D :D ....Wow, I love that black dress! :D

I went to the clinic today and I LOST 4 (FOUR!!!) POUNDS last week! I was so excited! :D

As an extra bonus, I tried on a pair of pants that have always been too tight in the tummy and thigh areas and they FIT! :D Today couldn't have been any better!!!
 
OMGoodness! 4lbs!! You are doing so amazing. Isn't it great to fit into a pair of pants that previously didn't fit right? That's the ultimate reality. So happy for you. Keep up the great work girlfriend!!

I've been so horrible today...I haven't eatten anything....I'm just not hungry and I can't bring myself to eat anything. Food's making me kinda nausious (sp?) today. I think I'm coming down with something? :( Oh well, I get tomorrow off from work so I can just sleep in and rest. :) So, I'll be good then!

I'm sitting here eatting some baby carrots. Making myself eat them. I haven't had ANY veggies today! Maybe I'll get myself to eat some fruit before I pass out, too! :)

Well, gonna go check my myspace and see about that fruit! Later yall!
 
Sorry to hear you're unwell. Great news about your weight loss though. It sounds like you are managing to keep headed the right way despite the hazards.
 
Soooooooo I had a wonderful past 3 days in Birmingham, Alabama. We mainly went to see the Trans-Siberian Orchestra. They were awesome!!! We're going next year! You can read about my whole trip in my blog on if you would like.

Food-wise, I tried really hard but it was hard......We ate at.....Red Lobster, Waffle House, IHOP, and a really bad Shoneys....We also stopped at a grocery store and bought some fruit so I could have my fruit intake, too. It was pretty hard to drink all of my water, but I tried. Bottled water was so expensive....note to self: Take a flat of water when traveling for a couple of days.

For exercize, I went to the hotel pool this morning and swam some. I went to a huge mall and walked all around it also. Yesterday, we walked all around a science museum all day long and the day before that I sprinted all around the Birmingham-Jefferson Convention Complex in narrow heels for the concert. I think I did good on exercizes :).

So, now I must get back totally on track. No more backsliding. Last week I gained two pounds.....ugh, no more cheating!!
 
Just 4 more minutes and Christmas will be over! There's no more junk food in the house (thank goodness!) and school will be starting again soon.....if I'm in class, I can't easily be eatting some of the things that I do haha.

Anyway, I'm scared to go back to my weightloss place....I can usually feel like I've lost some weight, but I just have a bad feeling about this week, too. I don't know what to think. I am eatting all the stuff I'm supposed to, when I'm supposed to, taking vitamins, FB500, and carb blockers for carbby meals, and exercising when I can. Ugh, so frustrating! Maybe I've reached my first "plateau" except my plateau seems to be an elevator! Argh!

Hopefully when things calm down from the holidays, things will get back to normal! Well, I g/g, only 2 minutes left till midnight! :D
 
It seems as if I'm working more than ever now. I worked about 16 hours today. It's 1am now and I have to be back in the store at 5:30am tomorrow morning to put up deliveries (exercize?) and then work from 8-3. After 3, I'm going to be so exhausted!!!

Meals have been few today. I've tried to snack on carrots, grapes, etc. I'm going to go grab some peanut butter in a minute and that'll finnish out my protiene (sp?) for today...I had my 2 starches in the stupid subway sandwich I was forced to eat today....I'm sure there was a fat in there somewhere to keep my hair in my head....I had a salad from Wendy's (bad place to go get a salad fyi) for a few veggies today. I drank all of my water...it's not hard to drink it all when I'm at work. :)

I think I should go buy a scale...? haha. It's funny...I'm actually scared to go to Walmart and buy a scale. I guess I'm insecure. I better wait until I have a little money before I do that though becuase I can't just go buy a scale...hello Mr. Obvious! I should buy some things for a typical bathroom and scale is one of them right? haha I think too much about things sometimes....maybe I'll get Robert to go in and get me one??? I just want to be able to watch my weight every day instead of once every week. I'm always so scared to get on that big scale....I think that if I know I lost weight for a fact, then it'll be easier to get me to go! :D Right?

Anyway, I'm getting really sleepy! Night guys!
 
Hey Girl! Don't worry about it so much - no one is going to look twice at you for buying a scale. Scales break all the time! ;):D Wow - work sounds hecktic! Hope it slows down soon! Have a great night!!
 
Haha, thanx penguin.....I went and bought a scale today ;) I was sooo nervous about using it when I got home. After gaining 2 lbs last week, I wasn't too happy about my diet this week BUT I stepped on the scales and after a couple of minute of figuring out how the heck it worked (what happened to the easy scales??? Since when did they get buttons?!?!) I finally weighed 173.4!!!!! That's almost 9 pounds from this time last week! I am sooooooo happy. Every 5 pounds I reward myself with a snack (a healthy one that isn't on my diet, but should be! haha) so tonight I'm having pancakes....ok, so maybe not so good for me, but I'll use low sugar syurlp (sp?)! :D

Now that I know I've lost some weight, I can go back to my weightloss center and not be so scared. I was going to go today but I was worried that I might have gained even more weight, so I waited until I bought a scale to I would know for sure. :D I think I'll go tomorrow...

Well, I g/g cook my pancake now! You guys are the best! Later!
 
Eh, apparently I weigh less on carpet.....I weighed in the kitchen and I'm 178....oh well, that's 3 lbs since last week, :)
