Hybrid's Weight Loss Thread (Current-In Between)
Well I'm back, some of you may recognize me from the past where my weight loss has been an up and down roller coaster, 2 years ago I lost 35lbs but then that winter I gained it all back plus more...
Well I'm back now and the journey begins again, my problems are I get pulled off the weight loss path easily and grab some McDonald's, Pizza, Taco Bell, etc. one day then bam before I know it I'm off the diet again, I'm also easily discouraged...I'm an I have to see "instant results" type person... : /
Right now my new diet consists of:
-Fish
-Skinless/Boneless Chicken
-Oatmeal
-Cottage Cheese
-Raisin Bran
-10-Grain Bread
-A lot of Water (I've cut out all other drinks...for now)
-Veggies
-Fruit (occasionally)
My goal is to get down to 200lbs-205lbs, once I get down to around 220lbs I'm planning on hitting the weights pretty hard, but for now my main focus is cardio and a good diet.
So if any of you have any pointers on how to lose weight fast and keep it off please don't hesitate to share your knowledge with me, I'm amazed by most of your pics on here! :O lol
