OK, so it isn't HUGE but it seems that way to me. I am 112lbs, 5'4' and measure 36-26-34. Yes it is all natural and yes that sounds good but actually my butt is a flabby mess.
BACKGROUND: I am in my 30's, I used to compete as a light weight when i was in my 20's (at 105 lb) in body building and have lots of knowledge about exercise. I was 112 squatting 225 for reps, I am still 112 and not squatting so much because it hurt my back (even with perfect form) but I still work out - do leg press, etc. and am very strong. My problem is FAT on my butt. Even when I competed that was always my weak link. It is totally genetic that I store a lot of fat there in in my thighs.
I KNOW that is really common for girls and I am not here to ask for exercise advice. I just bought a treadmill climber with a 50% incline that I am putting to use, do my weights and I know how to diet.
My question is.....will I ever have a nice non flabby butt? When I squatted alot it got bigger (muscular bubble butt) but I don't care about that, I just want the fat to go away and it never does!!!! I think I would have to get down to about 90 lbs before the fat stores in my butt would be affected. What I am hoping for is some encouragement, success storys from people that have had the same problem. Otherwise I am just torturing myself in trying to get rid of it.
