How to get "fit" nice woman body. routines?
Im asking for a lady friend i have.
She wants to get more fit and get lean muscle (thats mucle thats not big right?) cuz she doesnt want to get big, she just generally wants to get fit and a better girl body.
Can any of you recommend any routines and such that she can use?
also, she cant do alot of hard cardio exersice because she is not all that well, not sure what it is as im not a doctor, but she CAN work out, her doctor has told her that, aslong as she doesnt feel uncomfortable.
so, any ready made routines you know of? would be a big help. thanks
BTW: Shes not fat or anything, shes 1.65 meters and 58kg or 127.8 pounds and 64.9 inches as i know some of you probobly preffer it that way.
