How to get "fit" lean muscle (asking for a friend)

How to get "fit" nice woman body. routines?

Im asking for a lady friend i have.

She wants to get more fit and get lean muscle (thats mucle thats not big right?) cuz she doesnt want to get big, she just generally wants to get fit and a better girl body.
Can any of you recommend any routines and such that she can use?
also, she cant do alot of hard cardio exersice because she is not all that well, not sure what it is as im not a doctor, but she CAN work out, her doctor has told her that, aslong as she doesnt feel uncomfortable.

so, any ready made routines you know of? would be a big help. thanks

BTW: Shes not fat or anything, shes 1.65 meters and 58kg or 127.8 pounds and 64.9 inches as i know some of you probobly preffer it that way.

well it would help to know whats wrong with her b4 makeng any kind of suggestion. i won't give any advice until i know what the condition is as that would be unethical. sorry.
 
its nothing serious, working out will do good for her aslong as she doesnt over do it. thing is, its not an ilness, or a disiase or anything. doctors dont know what it is as there is nothing wrong with any bloodsamples or anything, so she went to this bio-something. and that bio-something told her that it was her immune defence system that was having a hard time, thus why she often had headaces and such.
and shes on this low suggar diet and such to fix it, and she should also work out, as that helps.

Afraid to get too big? Don't be afraid to get big!
Ask any "natural" (=nonsteroid swallowing) bodybuilder what it takes to get that big.
It will take ages and huge amounts of dedication to get big!

Just advice her to grab the heaviest weights she can handle and enjoy the resulting lean muscle (if the eating habits are right too).
 
okay, i would preffer some kind of ready made routine? like the bill star 5x5 im on, but i dont know if that fits for her goals.
she just wants to get a nice woman female body. so any routines people know work or have had experience with?

me routine is posted in detail in the mens section - diary- new beginnings... don't forget though my goals are for big strength and 15inch pipes, that and rock hard by cuba time. lol. my pic are up in the photo gallery -b4 pics- the quest for a better bod. i don't know if that helps...
 
Definitely use weights if she can. This will add lean muscle mass and burn more calories. My site has routines and exercises she can turn too for samples. .

Also, women will not bulk up by lifting weights.
 
just get her to listen to her body and go for it , like spacehamster said it will take a lot to get too big!!!

Then she needs to have a personal trainer. You're correct in being unsure if that program you mentioned would be right for her. Everyone is different and has different needs for different goals. A trainer would be able to set up a plan made just for her based on her needs and goals.

I agree that she should not worry about geting big. Women don't just accidentlly get big muscles. We just don't have the hormones for it.
