I was on a dietary and supplement board and someone directed me to the list of exercises here at ExRx Exercise & Muscle Directory
I was wondering what you folks suggest as the best way to group the parts I focus on each day. I am currently in season for baseball so preferably I would like to keep this lifting schedule to 3 days a week. Yet over the summer I would like to expand it to 4-5 days.
So if anyone has a suggestion which parts of the body I should group together for each day I can go from there and decide which lifts to actually do. Thanks for the help!
