I'm 16 year olds, and I mainly want to work out my arms. I currently do push-ups, bicep curls, and "advanced curls". I just wanted to know how many times I should work out per week? I do about 3 sets of 30 for the push ups, 2 sets of 20 for the bicep curls, and the same for the "advanced curls", except its 21 not 20.
