G'Day
I am 165cm tall and now weigh 60 kilos.
This is a size 10 tailored pant and a size 8 stretch jean.
I have no bottom left at all. I mean it, none.
Tops are size 8 for stretch fabric, size 10 in a tailored shirt and 10 in a jacket.
10 is a bit loose but better for business clothing.
My ideal weight range was 58 to 60 kilos. I regret not going down to 58 kilos but am not going to mess about with it now. I have been 60 kilos for six months and very pleased with the result (but another 2 kilos would have given me a better fit in the jeans!)
Regarding people saying rude things about 'getting too skinny':
If I said to these people 'well, if you eat any more you will burst your skin like a ripe melon' I would be howled down as a rude and vulgar person and how could I be so cruel?!?
Yet because I have lost weight, and made no secret of doing so, and told everybody how much I enjoyed the program and how easy it was, my enjoyment and satisfaction is taken as a rebuke against those who hang on to their obesity like it is some kind of prize! Trophy Obesity! Victim Obesity, more like it. 'Oh, well, I've tried everything and I just can't lose weight (munch, munch)!'
Well, they haven't tried Cohen's.
As Yoda said: 'Do or do not, there is no try'
Cohen's has no room for a victim mentality. This is it, the jig is up! This program will and does work but giving up our obesity takes a mental leap from victim to victor.
But, of course, us skinny people are just megla-maniacs, crowing about our size 8 jeans and being mean to people we have given pamphlets and information to and who choose to wallow about in their fatness because they 'just can't help it'.
Yeah, right!
Ladies and Gents, onwards and upwards. Come next Christmas, we will be in our smart new clothes, slim and trim, and our critics and detractors will still be wearing their sack cloth and ashes moaning about how 'nothing seems to work for them'.
Do not give up until you reach Goal Weight, and even then drop another kilo or two, just for good measure. Believe me, nothing tastes as good as being slim feels, and losing 28 kilos / 4 stone / 60 pounds has given me a whole new lease on life and bah! humbug! to people who feel threatened by me as I dance along light as a breeze!
... and you should see the lethal stillettos I bought last week to wear with another pair of new, skin tight, stretch leg jeans! Lacy toes, and fully 4 inch heels!!! I had to practise wearing them around the house before I could go out and prowl around at Christmas Drinks! Hehehehahahaheheh! Oh, this is so much fun! Too skinny, indeed! Let them eat my dust!
Cheers and much manic laughter
Chelsea (that skinny 56 year old over there with the painted toe nails and the size 8 hot pink and white striped tee shirt! Yeah!)
