OK I know I shouldn't focus only on the calorie burned but I'm curious.
I weight 210lb, 5f9
I do Interval jumping jack 4-5x a week
I do 2 set of 20 minutes
15sec of jumping jack then 40 sec of walking.
So how much I'm burning?
Maybe in 2 week I'll do 20sec of jumping jack and 40sec of walking. one thing at a time.
I've been doing this for a week and it feel great and it not hard on the knee! plus I'm waiting for my station nary bike. I'll put it in my bedroom!
