How can i acheive this?

This picture is a bit of an exageration but, i really want to get a V shape body,,

so ive come to the conclusion that u have to train the sides of the pecs? and the lat?

theres a lot of excercise that do the general areas, but are there any excercies that specifically target the lat?

The best lat spread had to be Franco Columbu. That guys lat spread was insane. I thought he was one of those flying squirrels on gear.
