With your spirit and attitude, you're definitely going to win your battle. I know you hate your obesity as much as I hated mine and for some reason I always had a hard time making the forum understand it was ok to passionately hate it to the point where you live for the change every waking moment.

The forum taught me not to judge others with or by my methods, I taught the forum that if one was so inclined, the conversion to hating one's state of obesity is as powerful of a motivator anywhere in this business.

Hi.

Just an update pic of our very own PAPrincess72 a.k.a Nicole from our visit yesterday.

Nicole came to my hometown with her mountain bike and a gorgeous smile and we spent the day enjoying a ride on the trail then followed by a dinner at Denny's Beer Barrel Pub.

I completely enjoyed Nicole's company and it was a thrill to meet another WLF'er sharing the same compassion for our collective journeys.

Nicole did an amazing job of riding 19 miles with me and refusing to surrender to a challenge outside of her 'standard element'.

Bravo to you, Nicole !! I hope we can do this again someday
