Just wanted to update! I'm down another pound! I'm walking everyday and still watching what I eat. No one answered the question if they think I'll be able to lose another 20 or so pounds before my wedding on June 13th.
I just don't know if that's realistic or not. =/

Also is it weird that I haven't really noticed a change in my body yet?
That's not weird at all. The mind is a funny thing. It took me a long time to see changes in the mirror. I could see them in pictures and I kept having to buy smaller clothes, but looking in the mirror, I guess you focus on those parts that still need the most work, for me it's my gut. It still drives me nuts.
You're off to a great start and you have a fantastic attitude. Keep doing what you're doing.

I need to start exercising more.
I can tell you, exercise is key. I concentrated more on exercise than eating habits the first time I lost weight, and just from going to the gym 7 days a week, I dropped from almost 200 lbs to 155 lbs in three months.
It can be done. Just be patient, be consistent, and don't give up!
