HI, Thanks for stopping by in my diary and write those encouraging words!! Why didn't I start a diary sooner???:)
I remembered you were going to run the 5K this weekend. I can't believe it's called a 5K and it is a 4K. WTH?? You got cheated, that is not fair!! You should be very proud, you ran it in 21 min for 4 K or adjusted 26 min for a 5 K. Those are great times!!!! It still takes me about 39 min. to run my 3 mile:eek:

My dh was so proud of me and I am proud of myself but i ma so sad my first 5k is now my first 4k-Whatever i am running the womans run on august 25th hopefully I will improve my time!

Look at you Speedy!!!!!!!! Yi-ah Yi-ah!!! :D So happy for you, even though it was 4K, that is still awesome--did you not give it your best? Eh? EH???

Das is so gut! It doesn't matter if its 4K or 5K, its still a helluva lot more than most others are doing. You should be highly proud.

Do you ever miss St. Croix? I enjoyed living on Bermuda but I got rock fever every 3 months and had to get out of there. But its only 21 miles long so you can see why.

Das ist war!!!It like everyone want to use me to practice their english or other are so proud they want to show off they can speak it and that leaves me with the fehrnsehr aka t.v!!!
I do not miss st. croix i only lived there until i was 5 I then lived in NYC for 5 more years then we moved to Boston so Boston is home for me!I am thinking in the next few years I will be calling Germany home.If I include the time I have been here when I was in the army, ive been here over 7 years:eek:

So I decided I need to go to the gym.I have lost my workout tape motivation and thats not a good thing. Recently the baby who slept throught the night from the first weeks of birth decided he needs to start waking up in the middle of the night and its really tireing.I can do the runs but to get up and excercise in the house reallly doesnt work.
So I went to the gym around the corner and they gave me 2 test days. On tuesday i get to try the machines and then i will make an appointment to do a class. I also need to get out of the house alone and meet people so this might be just what the dr ordered!!!

Hopefully this week will be a good one weather wise that way I can try to stay out of the house as much as possible.
I think my son is self-weaning because he doesnt really seem interested in breastfeeding only at night.Its a bitter sweet feeling-I like the closeness if gives us plus the extra calories it burns to produce milk:) but I hate having to be the one to feed him and not being able to try to take in a little less calories without it messing with my milk.UGH I will try to hold on as long he wants to though because i think he is my last baby and I dont want to loose that babyness.:)

This used to be my biggest challenge. This is how I do it now: at work lunchtime I am planning the food for next week. I have two great websites I absolutely love: vegweb.com and fatfree.com.
I print out the possible recepies for the next week (usually try to eat one dish twice) and pick up any ingredients I am missing on Friday. Then Sunday is my "cooking" day. I cook about 3-4 dishes for my family(not fat free or diet) and about 3-4 for me. The rest of the week is easy then. On the nights I had nothing planned I just have a veggie burger or a nice salad. Of course my daughter is watched by grandma on Sun. so I can have my cooking frenzy.
I don't know if this helps. Just like you said if my food is not planned out I typically made the wrong choices

Hanji I may try that I tried to make lunch and dinner today early in the morning-I made pasta with tomato sauce and a pizza-So I broke it all down into calories and the pizza had 2000 calories with the peppers cheese corn and mushrooms-so my plan was to eat about 500 calories worth so 1/4 it didnt work out that way i ate 1500 calories worth but throughout the day so I am not mad and for breakfast i had oatmeal for 190 cal or something like that so I didnt do bad today even though I ate almost the entire pizza:eek:
I missed my run this morning because I was so freaking tired from being up with the baby but thank God for my lazy ass husband he pissed me off by not doing anything in the house and deciding to come home and sleep while i handle the 2 kids and clean so I decided I was going running at the kids bedtime-LOL It was pouring like crazy but I really didnt care i went out and ran 8km in the rain and it was awesome-I did 10 minute miles and it took 50 minutes.I feel great people were looking at me like I was crazy but I didnt care I love running now and I really dont care-I also burned a whopping 565 calories!!!!YaY me!!!:jump:

That is so true and I dont like to waste money so you better believe I am going to use the hell out of my membership!!
Everyone in the gym is going to know me(well thats not to hard being a big booty black girl in my neighborhood)I am going to enjoy it!
 
Wow Rimay, 8Km in 50 minutes, and in the rain!! You are truly an inspiration girl!! Keep up the good work, those lbs are going to be flying off you!!
I tried to make pizza a couple of times. It never came out good, so I just gave up!!
Congrats on the gym membership. That is how I started. I only went because I did not want to waste my money. Now I am enjoying it and I made so many friends that I care about and sometimes i just go there to catch up with everybody.

Join the Lazy Hs Club. Men really are so nervy, glad you took your run while he got stuck putting the kiddies to bed. We really must just run off sometimes for them to do anything! The pizza sounds fine if that's all you had along with the oatmeal, plus that run was good. A very good day it sounds like.

Well I joined the gym and today they put me on all these machines and let me tell you, that stuff was hard. I love how personalize they are in this gym,they really work with each individual according to your goals. The trainers bodies make you want to work out.The lady I was working with had like 4 percent body fat-well I am just saying that because she was really in shape not bulky like a man but feminen yet toned.She told me I should hurt a bit tomorrow I hope its not too bad.
I am going to try to do weight training every other day when i am not running.On my running days since i run early in the morning I am going to go to a course like thai bo or fatburner in the evening. I figure if I keep my schedule full and always have something to do everyday I will feel as though 1-I have a life other than being a mother and wife
2-I can have some have a reason to leave the house
3-I will be able to see results
4-I wont really have time to over eat or eat crappy if I am on the go or tired

Ha-ha, this was just so funny!!:jump: Mine shrank and now I could be an active participant in those shows about tribes on Natural Geographic. My DH just calls them the Natural Geo. boobs.

Congrats on your first day in the gym. Sounds like they take it seriously there!! Wow, your new schedule sure sounds full!! With all that work-out!! Hopefully you won't hurt too much tomorrow!!

See I would take some of those shribble up boobs over the large water balls anyday--I never wished to have large breast. You can fake big boobs with bras but when your boobs are too big your cant really fake to look small. Plus I have a small waist.Which mean buying a dress to fit me is like torture if it fits the boob it does not fit anywhere else:mad:
 
I hear you. It must be very annoying when you are trying to buy clothes. I can imagine!!! Were you always this size or did you grow after the pregnancies? I used to be a 36B now I am a 38C after one baby, I am afraid what it will be after another.?:eek:
