Here we go again!!!

Surprise!!
I'm here!!!!! :)
Wow your body's GORGEOUS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hey, don't sweat the wrap. You'll lose in no time! Me, on the other hand....grrrrrrrrrr

The important thing is fitness, and I can see from the Runner's Club that you're working on it. Have a fantastic day/night, I forgot where Germany and California stand as far as time differences. Hold on.....11:31pm there, 2:31pm here. OK!

Hey thanks for popping in!
See I also love my curvie body I just hate all the fat and cellulite in it-LOL

I really hate having to much time to myself at night!I was doing oh so good until I went to the store to pic up some veggies and a pint of macademia nut ice cream which was in the wrong place called out to me!
I bought it came home cooked dinner ate, everything was fine until the baby fell asleep and mydh went to meet with some club owners about a gig. I was on the internet and then I thought hmmmm i have the ice cream in the freezer.I ate 2 spoon fulls and I was fine then I thought omg I want some more so i ate the whole thing-UHHHHHHHH

So my payback to myself was to run more this morning.I ran some sprints that almost killed me and even drew a audience from the security team in one of the downtown buildings-It sucked but I kept spriniting back and fort because i didnt want to look like a wimp-LOL
I ran 10K plus the sprints-I really feel my body has been taxed today so that should keep me inline!I eran a total of 1hour 15 minutes including my warm up and cool down.
DH just took the baby to the flea market with him and my oldest is at opa and omas so I get to chill and relax-I would have never thought I could run so long and the funny thing is I could have went even longer-I really need to work on my speed more because I think I am doing 11 minute miles I use tobe able to do 8 minute miles but I only could run 2 miles at most-LOL

Hey--great job! TAKE THAT, ice cream! Seriously! That ice cream is long gone!

I'm glad you had an audience--sprinting is very very hard and it's nice people could appreciate what a badass you are for doing it!! Of course, so am I  We deserve something nice, like new shoes (free!) Oooh! I know, one of those dorky belts with little water bottles all over it! Those are like $30! Ok I'll stop!

Yes, your body is fantastic. That bunny chub will come off in no time if you keep at it. But beware of MY problem: I may exercise like crazy but I tend to eat to maintenance later. And nutrition is like a big part of weight loss. So we have to be careful--you had ice cream, I had beer and chocolate  Tpday will be different! Good luck to both of us!!

Hey there I wanted to jump in and say hey - you visit soem of the same diaries as I do and I wanted to say hi - I think the weight loss journey is alot harder when you have a couple of kids in tow...on the othre hand it is also great incentive...You want the kidlettes to learn healthy eating styles as well...

You have a preschooler how old ? My youngest is turning 3 :):):)

Hey thanks for stopping by! Yeah I think the kids make it bit more challenging but when they see me working out and also adapt to it, it will be so well worth it.
My oldest son is 2 and a half and the baby is 6 months tomorrow. I really wish he could go to preschool soon but we only got a slot for january since his birthday is christmas its hard to get him in earlier than that without too many holiday breaks.

So its back to being strict with my eating. I really hate myself for baking I am on a no baking stike for the next 2 weeks. I decieded to make blueberry muffins yesterday and i ate like 5 of them:eek2: I really dont know why i even made them, My son doesnt really fancy cakes and my dh really needs to starve himself for maybe 6 months-LOL kiddin but he doesnt need them either and lord knows I dont. I get on the scale today and its up to 80 kilos. It could be alot of things because I have been to relaxed this week.
I have my run in less than 12 days and I really want to lose a little before then not gain and lose the same pounds over and over again.
This morning I ran 5,64K in 35 minutes which was good to me:) I was depressed after I got on the scale so i didnt eat breakfast.
Lunch was steamed brocolli and califlower 1 veggie soy pattie 4tbs of mashes potatoes and some mixed vegetables with a little sauce but a really small serving no more than 500 calories.
I will only drink water for the next 12 days and I will not eat any fast food not like i normally do ----but I did have thai on sunday and tha included a hefty serving of rice.
No sweets or special snacks even if it falls into my calorie range for the day because Ineed to be able to control myself a bit more.
DH told me if I finish my race under 30 minutes he will buy a ipod nano:jump:
hmmm I dont now if its going to happen but I must say ts a good incentive and it makes me want to push myself.
Oh I bought some little weights and they are tiny like 1kg-LOL but they were the easiest to carry with the baby in the baby bjorn and my shopping bags.I figure I can incorporate them into something:confused: maybe with my step areobics.I'll see.
I guess I will go clean up before i get the urge to eat!

Hey girl, I didn't realize you had a diary going. We seem to have the same problem about eating at night. You do look gorgeous in your pics, with the extra curves or not, you look great. Now I've got you in my subscription list so I'll check in regularly and see what's up with you.

wow, I wish my husband would buy me an ipod for doing great at my exercise and such. of course I'd have to actually DO great at it first
good on ya for reigning yourself in with your food. once in a while splurges are fine, but doing it all the time tends to sabotage all your amazing running. You're my superhero with all the running you do. I'd fall over dead. so BRAVO!!!

I like step areobics - I think that has been my problem I gotta change my routine for a bit...I havent used my step board for awhile but I find with work and the kids and such that the same old is the easiest...Yes Ipod Nano is great incentive - hee hee hee...

I just wanted to add - good for you for starting with the exercise and everythign else so early on after the babe :):):) It took me a good year or so to get my ass in gear maybe more - mind you - I wasnt int he greatest situation or mind set - anyway - I think it is awesome your doing htis now :):):)!!!

The the same old is the easiest-I can only do step when the kids arent around which makes me lose out on personal time with myself-and personal time usually wins-LOL

I will tell you I decided to workout this time because after my first I did not and truthfully I really didnt know what to do.I just found out about the whole calorie thing some months ago when I joined this forum:doh:
I held on to over 20 pound from my first pregnancy and it was in all the wrong places.
What really motivated me was our move back to the big city.We were in the country before with all farmers and such and everyone looked not the best so I fit in so easily.
Here in the city where all the skinny minnies who had a baby today and were back in their old cloths the next really made me realize it is possible to look good after a baby.
I really want to be able to eat sensibly and maintain a good weight for my body type.

This morning I am off to a good start.I got out and ran for 53 minutes 8,38K.I Ran mostly uphill and boy did it feel good to go back down!DH wants to start working out so we are going to try 30 minutes light excercises this evening.I may also do 45 minutes dance aerobics if the kids nap(please nap).
I am back down to 78K and I am not going to make the mistake I made the last days and overeat and choose too many of the wrong foods.
When I came in from my run I was not hungry but I still ate 1 cup of blueberries and 2 oatmeal cookies total of 283 calories and I feel great!
I am going to try the small meals throughout the day thing and hopefully it will keep me track.

everytime I come on here and read how long you went running each day my eyes just about pop out of my head! good luck working out with your husband, hopefully you two can keep eachother motivated. it always helps having support like that at home.
you still absolutely amaze me with all that running. and UPHILL no less.:eek2: bravo!!

Dont be fooled my husband is lazy and he will more than likely not follow through-LOL
I guess I already over ate just out of boredom-the sun just came out but I am so stuffed I couldnt eat if i wanted too.
I made a veggie lasange and at 2 servings which was not smart.
I also had a big bowl of musli with almond milk a Pieces of a honey melon and 3 more of those oatmeal bar cookie things-oh and a piece of pear.I think fruit just doesnt work for me it makes me want more and more to eat.
I plan on trying to burn off some of those calories. From my run this morning I burned 600 calories I am going to ride my bike for 20 minutes that should be about 200+ and I will do a dance areobics video for 45 minutes.Hopefully that will do some damage control!!!

Awesome runs there! I ran yesteday, but this morning I misunderstood my trainer pal and went to the gym--but he wasn't there. SO I did 55 minutes on the elliptical--BORING! I read Cosmo. Otherwise I would have ran today.

Curvie_great job on the elliptical!!It takes a lot of will power to stay on machine IMO.
I went walking today for about 2,5 hours-i just had to leave the house so I left the kids with DH and took some me time.
I bought myself some new make-up some of the nice MAC stuff as well as some other cheap eyeshadows and things of that sort. I really need to treat myself. I also bought some black hair dye, ever since I got my bob cut I just dont feel good with brown hair-LOL I always have an excuse to get a new color-LOL
I am trying to get that whole transformation thing going.I am going to do my hair and maybe I can talk dh into getting me an outfit to go to a bbq tomorrow somehing that makes me look skinny would work:)
I need a manicure and peducure becaue my french manicure is looking like crap right now.
I had 2 crossiants and 1 tbs of nutella for brunch
I am going to try to stay out of the house as much as possible today that way I have no reason to overeat.
I am going to use my walking as excercise I just dont feel like doing a dvd or bike today.

I have the same exact problem about overeating when I'm hanging around the house. If there's anyway to get out of there, definitely do it for your weight's sake. Awesome job on the running, very impressive!

I guess if we all could solve this problem we would all be our dream weight ha?
I am so excited I am now down to 77kg just because the weather is better and I have been able to get out. Disadvatages of living in the center of the city is spending too much money. I went into this little kids boutique and walked out with 3 articles for the baby and 114 bucks less-LOL Dh would blow a gasket-LOl
I also went and got a trim my bangs were out of control and I bought myself a little dress for my bbq I went too.
I did so good at the bbq- I ate only a salad with a piece of french bread-I did take thin slices of cake and pumpkin pie with me but i ate it in the car-LOL I did save alot of calories for them though so it wasnt that bad.
I ran 5.21K this morning and it was an okay run I didnt give it my all because it was kind warm and I havent ran in warm weather yet.
For brunch I had a crossiant with a half tbs of nutella.I am going to have an iced coffee and some Penne with tomatoe mozzerella sauce its out of a can-LOL I just want to play it safe for the weekend-since it has the calories on it I can try to stay within range.
