I have been soooo crazy busy that it seems like I never get to get on here anymore - I have been reading other ppls diaries but just cant seem to get a chance to write in mine. I hope all is well with everyone!!
I have managed to get back in the saddle with my working out again and am doing really well this time around. The curves across the street from my work actually closed down and at first I was really upset about it, but it has turned out to be a blessing in disguise!! I havent worked out this much in years!!! I have been doing all my old exercise videos again, and I am managing 6 days a week now. Im on week 5 and feel soooo much better than I used to. I have more energy and in a much better mood all around.
My diet has not been quite so great tho, unfortunately. So I didnt lose any weight in the last 4 weeks - I actually went up a couple of pounds. I wasnt really concerning myself with my diet tho cuz I figured if I could get into a routine with exercising and make it a habit then I would worry about the diet later. I think this was a smarter way for me to go about it cuz I know I can count my pts and see the scale go down fairly quickly and with the scale going down I wont be motivated to exercise. Now I was going to start WW again next week but the scale went back up into the 170's on Monday so I started it then instead. Im on day 4 of counting my pts and the scale is back into the 160's so I'm feeling pretty good. I'm hoping to see the 150's by the end of June - Wish me Luck!!!
PS - I have been doing all my beach body workouts - I started with the Slim in 6 ones, but it tends to be hard on my knees so I am mostly doing Kathy Smith's

roject You now. I started both with the easiest workouts and now I'm doing the hardest ones!!! I really do enjoy the Beach Body stuff - I actually just ordered Yoga Booty Ballet for myself and P90X for my boyfriend (I think he is starting to feel out of shape cuz I am working out so much - hehehe) Oh and one of the girls in the office has TurboJam so every now and again we kick out her office mate, lock the door, put the DVD in her computer and work out in front of her desk. I think everyone thinks we're crazy but we dont care - lol!!
