Sorry I've missed the last couple of days and I won't be writing about them either. Couple of really bad days with bad news (nothing serious, just enough to piss a girl off), bad timing, etc. But... that was the past. I don't want to talk about it b/c it's over and I don't want to go back there... it's history as they say!!! As far as food and exercise go, both were "alright".
Ok, on to today!!! IT'S FRIDAY!!!! I did step on the scale this morning... 132.0lbs. Not bad. I wasn't expecting much after yesterday and I didn't get enough water in... and next week is the fun one so I'm happy with that
Not sure how this day is going to go, but I will get a workout in somewhere

Anyway, we needed coffee cream and that was it... so I thought "why not run down!!" I think it's about a kilometer... took about 7min b/c most of it is downhill, but I did run the whole way!!! Took about 9 1/2min to get back up. I couldn't run the whole hill back up but I did really try to push myself and am so proud for doing it b/c it was honestly the last thing I wasn't to do

The hubby is gone for 3 days for a managers meeting. I am very jealous!! Plane, hotel, dinning out, drinking with the guys, and best of all... NO KIDS!!! Oh well, I'm sure I'll live 

I think I'm getting a cold. But it's Wed... I love Wed so I've decided I'm not going to get sick!! I did the eliptical again this morning... 30min on an interval program, 1.2miles, 489cals. I kept turning the resistance down when it shot up to 7 or 8, just too hard!! I have so much work to get done today so I didn't do the 30min shred... just a quick little circuit of pushups, crunches, squats, dips, curls and a really good stretch. My left knee and hip were starting to hurt half way through today so I wanted to make sure I stretched it all out good!!

has returned - at least you have TOM for an excuse! You job getting on the eliptical this morning - I haven't been back to the gym yet but at least we are getting it done at home right? I wish I was at home cleaning - my house is a mess and I love cleaning - on my time - not when I get home from working all day. I usually clean Sunday's or even Saturday's - not much gets done during the week. I guess that will probably change once I have kids running around the house on the weekend. Me and my hunnie always planned to start trying a year after being married but lately I feel like I am ready now and would like to try right after the wedding but then I think about all my free time now and sleeping in and then I realize I'm not exactly ready - I guess I'll be ready when I have to be and right now wouldn't work without my hunnie having a steady income.
