Major difference and you are right - you notice it the most in the back pic! That is so awesome! I think you look toned already so if you put in a little extra effort, I think you will get what you are looking for rather quickly. A session with a PT might not be a bad thing too. Your measurements are really good too - I should do mine again but I just feel so bloated right now and know I would be disappointed. I hope I can say I am the same weight as my wedding 2 kids and 6 years later!!! That is totally amazing - way to go HOT momma!

AAAAAHHHHHHH!!! I literally just sat down for the first time today

Dropped the girls off at school and off to the gym I go. Did 30min on the treadmill - 8Min @ 6.0, incline 0.0, 2min @ 6.5, incline 0.0 = 1mile in 9:56!!! At this point I thought I was going to die and did a bunch of intervals with inclines and stuff... I really don't remember but I ended up hitting 2miles at 23min, and finishing at 2.5miles in 30min. I was pretty happy with that

Then I really pushed it on the machines, adding 5lbs on each one and only doing 8reps. My watch said I burned just over 1000cals in that hour. Left the gym, picked up the kid and raced off to the grocery store. Just started grabing stuff when my phone rang for a massage... in just over an hour!!! Made it through the store in record time, raced home, had the fastest shower ever, made lunch for Samantha, got the massage room all ready, cleaning the front entrance way (the only thing I didn't do yesterday

), makeup, hair and still had 5min to spare. 1 hour massage, kicked him out and raced to get Emma from school. Now it's off to dance class, come home, make supper, clean up supper and then I am going to put my feet up and not move

Ahhhhh, I can hardly wait till 7pm
