Actually I've been a loyal member to this gym before.
When I had my biggest weightloss about 4-5 years ago, It was done at that gym. I was a member there twice, last about 2 years ago I'd say.
That gym feels like home, they are awesome and very supportive and they have great plans for every individual.
I couldn't recognize the gym today, they have improved and upgraded almost EVERYTHING. All the cardio and Weight machines are BRAND NEW! They all have a little TV in them so each person can watch TV while working out, which is AWESOME!!!
THey have a 10 day concept.
Which basically is, they give you your own card, the staff tracks your weight and measurements every 10 days. And on friday I have my fit day which is basically theyll run a bunch of tests on me and they'll do an edurance test.
The girl well the manager who I was talking to told me that she can't believe I weight 270 so she says that she is convinced that most of what I carry is muscle not fat and we'll find out about that on friday where they will conduct a fat/muscle test, so im psyched about that
Im happy now, I like working out at this gym, like I said it feels like home. They have great classes, like belly dancing, cardio and tonning also yoga which I will attend for the FIRST time
I was also told that they are soon creating a message therapy room, where a professional massage therapist will work and give anyone a massage if they like, kinda like a mini spa
It's an all womans club so it makes me feel that more confident when working out. I'm not ready to have men look at me quiet yet.
Ok so, I barley ate today, I'm having dinner now.
Spinach, Brown rice (first time), and lean ground beef homemade patties sauted in onions. I also bought some smartpop for myself for those snacking moments, I read the labels and it sounds good and healthy.
Got some fruits and NO-FAT cheese made out of skim-milk (hope it tastes good) lol.
Ok well I'm off.
