Well, let see what is there to share….
Yesterday was great in regard to my food intake… until I got the sugar craving and ate 4 mini chocolate bars.
So I need to find a solution to that because I told myself I wouldn’t snack on chocolate everynight… yet it seems to draw me in and I cannot say no. id get rid of it… but my bf likes it and has no need to deny himself the chocolate… so any thoughts on good replacements that will be healthy but take care of my chocolate craving? Hehe. i did get a few ideas inhere so far that i will be trying!!!
Food yesterday
Breakfast
Coffee w/ sugar free cream and splenda
Jimmy Dean lite turkey bacon bowl- 240 calories, 19g protein
1 cup skim milk- 90 cal
Snack- extra darl pretzels- 110 cal
Lunch
Special K meal protein bar- 180 cal
Carnation instant breakfast in skim milk- 150 cal
Pretzels- 110 cal
Snack 2pm- hot green tea
Snack 3:30pm- Medium gala apple, part skim milk string cheese
Snack 4:00- There was left over vegetable medley and chicken from a room rental so I had about ¼ cup veggies, and maybe 2 oz of chicken.
Dinner
Lite wheat bread ( 75 cal for 2 slices), chicken breast lunch meat- 50 cal, slice of 2% american cheese- 50 cal
Can of greenbeans ( no salt added) w/ garlic powder and a little shaker parm cheese- 75 calories
Snack- 100 calorie choc chip muffin packet ( SERIOUSLY…. They give you two mini tiny muffins)
Bad snack- 4 mini chocolate bars ( 2 snickers, 1 musketeer, 1 twix)
Anyways….
Gym yesterday
Cybex machine. 45 minutes…. Ranging from 30 resistance and 6 incline to 55 resistance and 8 incline. Machine says I burned 645 calories… but really… who the heck knows! It was a good work out though… pushed myself.
Then it was leg day… so I did lunges, leg press, leg curls, leg extensions, calf raises. Also did the roman chair… or whatever that thing is called.
Weight is hanging in there at 125……… so that’s good… at least im maintaining.
Hockey game tonight!!!!!! CANNOT WAIIIIIT!!!

Going to go for a run today at lunch since I wont have time to get to the gym, so that will be fun, then I am going to make sure tomorrow I hit the gym hard in the morning!
