DOnt get me wrong... there are still days id like to karate chop him in the face due to disagreements or our difficult personalities... but over all... we are good for each other :) i adore him... he is great for me!!!

Tuesday :)

Yesterday was a great day! I ate decent, worked out, and over all things went great. Here is what I had regarding food yesterday.

Breakfast:
2 Coffee with cream and splenda

Lunch:
10 grapes
¼ cup cottage cheese
Salad ( egg, cucumbers, crasins, sunflower seeds, mushroom, feta cheese, cubed ham) w/ oil and vinegar

Snack- parmesan goldfish ( 60) 130 calories

Dinner
salad ( crasins, pecans, feta cheese, bleu cheese, ) w/ balsamic vinegar with grilled chicken marinade with LIGHT gazebo room dressing

Didn’t get my breakfast in like I try to every morning… sometimes its hard for me to eat breakfast when I get out of my routine over the weekend…. But this morning I plan to have a nice big bowl of cheerios with skim milk!!! :drool5:yummmm… cant wait.

Last night I had a long work out. When I hit the treadmill I felt like I could run for hours!!! It was awesome…. But then I shortly after got a huge cramp under my ribs… that put an end to that euphoria!!! Hehe. Was on the treadmill for 40 minutes and then biked for 20. I did the circuit once through, weight assisted pull-ups, crunches ( SO MANY), side bends, leg press, and the machines that work the inner and outer thighs ( sorry name of it escapes me right now!!)\
It felt really nice to be back in the swing of things and get a nice work out in! My knee and ankle began to hurt again shortly after I finished my work out. I talked to a friend of mine who is very much into health and fitness…. He told me to get some supplements and see if they will help. So I picked up glucosamine and chondrotin. From what I read… they should really help my joint pain I have right now! I am certainly crossing my fingers!!! :conehead:

How is everyone else doing???


Oh yeah, omg, almost forgot! I lost a pound! Took a break and went down a lb. I am at 131 now…. So that is a total of 22 lbs lost :hurray: go go go go !

Food intake for today- i guess i should increase the calorie intake.... i wasnt hungry today though.... so i have a hard time forcing food down my throat if im not in the mood for it...

Breakfast
Cheerios w/ skim milk
1 cup of coffee with cream and splenda

Lunch
Oatmeal Rasin Luna bar (180 cal)

Snack
1/2 naval orange
3 pretzal rods
15 m&ms

Dinner
Portabella veggie burger ( 90 cal) on flat bread roll (100 cal)
1 cup of applesauce with cinnamon

went to the gym after work today. I worked out hard on the cybex for 30 minutes and burned 430 calories!!!! Then i got on the treadmill for 15 minutes, running for 10 minutes of that. I weighed myself prior to working out and i actually gained another pound so I am down to 130. One more pound until I am in the 120's!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :)


just an update before bedtime. I will let you know if i eat anymore tonight... but its 9:00 pm.... so most likely i am done for the night.

man its dead in here today!!! hehe

Would this be your first time in Zumba? I absolutely recommend it!!!! It's sooo much fun! I was considering doing another few weeks of it again later this summer or sometime. What a HOOT!!

You are doing sooo awesome on your weight loss!! You can see such a huge difference through each month. I was especially blown away by your last two month differences!! Great Job! You must be soo proud of yourself! :party:

just checked... originally my goal was 125.... so thats 5 more lbs.... but my ticker i set for 120.....



SO... i am upping my goal to make it interesting from 125-120 due to the lack of uniformity between my ticker and the goal stated in my first post...



120 HERE I COMEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE its by July 1st!!!

Hey girl,
I actually keep a food journal but i dont tally the calories neccesarily. I always check it out
if its a prepackaged food and make sure its not something ridiculously full of calories.... but I dont keep track of the calories each day really... depends on where i get it... hard to track calories if i am out eating somewhere.

anyways if i had to guess... id say im eating between 1000-1300 a day..... im not really sure though. If im hungry i eat what looks good... but ive been trying drink massive amounts of water when i eat.... so that i get full sooner.... and ive been eating slower!

i splurge still though... had pizza the other day, had a milkshake... eat ice cream when i really really want some.......

i just make sure i work out a little harder the next day to help burn that snack off.:ack2:
