50 crunches ( feet flat on the floor)
25 crunches ( laying on left side back still flat)
25 crunches ( laying on right side back still flat)
50 crunches ( legs in air ankles crossed)
l10 Leg raises- alternate between ball between legs, then grab ball with hands and lower legs with no ball, feet together. Whole process counts as ONE REP.
funny, i do all of these as well - the same exact oblique exercises as you.. but the leg raises are new. i def have to incorporate those! I do jackknives and roman chair as well, but can really only do 10 of those at the max
( these super super work the lower abs which are hard to get otherwise!)
I also then get on an incline standing bench. I hold a 10 lb weight and you lean over the front of the bench ( sorry forget the name of these). I do 15 like that, 15 stand with my left him against the pad and do side bends, and then the other side, right hip against the pad, and do 15 also.
^^^ Those really work the "love handles" and allowed those to decrease pretty significantly!
those are hyperextensions, and i do those too, but they really work out my back a lot more than my abs. when you come up, do you come up past the straight point, and almost lean back?
cardio cardio cardio. Upping my cardio to an hour really helped my stomach fat to start to go away.
you do CRAZY amounts of cardio and im jealous. i for real cannot last on a treadmill longer than 40 minutes. i really cant, no matter how slow i go. i cant get past 2.5 miles... how do you run for 1 hour straight? teach me oh wise one![]()

good for you!! thats FANTASTIC! if I got back to a 4, i wouldnt care how much i weigh! i would be too busy shopping! 
Today was a great day. I had lots of plans for the day so I got started early! It all started at the mall... wanted to try on some jeans... mine all are too lose around the waist. Keep in mind i was wearing a size 9/11 jean when i started this weightloss journey and a size 8 dresspant/casual pants.


Once it heals, I am going to put a big Sparkly Jewel right in the hole! < hole<<hahah Sicko
