My stomach has never really been a place where i have gained a TON of weight but at the point when my first pic was taken... i was really packing it on in the love handle department.

Sorry no posts from me in a while but I am re dedicating myself to my program and hitting this sight more. It has soooo helped me.

I hate to agree with you on this cause I don't want to mess with your motivation at all, but it could be because of many factors!

Try wearing the same clothes when you take pictures that way they are a constant! That could help you see the changes you are looking for!

Well yeah thats what is weird.... ive lost 10 lbs about since the March pic... so maybe its because i was in a smaller room than my bathroom.... closer to the mirror... and have shorts on not black pants.


hmm... dunno.... just gotta keep trucking.

So a small update from today. Had a nice little dinner last night with an old friend from my highschool/middleschool days. We went to TGI Fridays and i had the grilled chicken and shrimp with tomatoes on it. I substituted broccoli for the mashed potatoes and drank lots of H2O :hurray:

Unfortunately, when i got home last night i had the WORST stomach ache. it was absolutely terrible! I am not sure why it hurt so bad... but NOTHING helped it. I ended up balling a pillow uo under my stomach and laid on my stomach so that i had that pressure on it. Fell asleep and felt perfectly fine this morning.


Today I did not wake up early to go to the gym... i was feeling the need for some extra ZZzzz's. I have a hair appointment tonight, and then i will be going to work out a bit after that. Tomorrow morning will be a work out session like yesterdays was.

So far my food intake today has been decent.
Breakfast- Iced Oatmeal Rasin Luna bar ( 10g protein, 3g fiber, low glycemic, 180 calories)
snack- small handful of almonds.
1.5 cups of Joe :)

Lunch- side salad with just cucumbers, lettuce, and ginger dressing
4 pieces of sushi roll ( 1 tuna, 3 california)


That was my food so far today... not too shabby... was totally full after lunch too... i think partly because i drank a good bit of water!!!



Thank you to everyone for the compliments on my pictures that i posted yesterday. I am only halfway to my goal, but with support and friends like you.... ill get there in no time!!!!

hump day!!

Well, i took yesterday off from the gym because i had a hair appointment and a big hockey game that was on TV. Unfortunately my team shit the bed though.... so that sucked:cuss:

Went to the gym this morning again. I lost another lb!!!! That is now 17 lost :Angel_anim:

This means boys and girls that i am officially over HALF WAY THERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

very happy about that.

Last night at dinner i had a turkey burger patty, a sausage with cheese in it, and about 3/4 of a can of green means. No buns on eiether of the above meants. was tasty


This morning so far i am drinking a coffee with cream and splenda and i ate an english muffin with an egg and slice of cheese and canadian bacon.

tasty!!! they are very dry too so not alot of grease which is a good thing!!!


How are my buddies? Havent heard from alot of you in awhile!!!

i;m doing well, just lazy about posting in my journal today. I am so dead tired that i don't know what to do. i am at working eyes red and wanting to go back to sleep. i did hit the gym this morning, which is why i am soooooooo tired. i believe my hockey team is doing excellent. go wings!

Like you I have just been busy.Our weather is finally decent so evrey spare moment I have Im out with the girls playing tennis. Between tennis and P90X (everyday a week for an hour adn yoga once a week at 90 mins) and tryign to fit my bike in, im like spent for time and energy, LOL.

anyways, yesterday was my day off... i take two a week.. thats the new routine. My eating was accepptable.

Got up this morning and worked out before coming to the office. I ran 15 minutes on an incline on the treadmill and 15 minutes hill interval on the cybex at level 7 out of 10. I worked abs of course which is my routine, and then i worked legs today


felt good to work out. I am feeling a bit bloated today because of just the typical monthly stuff that is going to hit next week. I also am fighting a bladdar infection... or the start of one....

anyways tonight i am going to a hockey game with my bf.... awwww... im excited :) we are also to have AMAZING weather this weekend! 80's with no humidity!!! whoo whoo!!:coolgleamA:



O:coolgleamA: I have been struggling with challenging myself in new ways..... my running has become very enjoyable.... but easy!!!!

i need to step it up... hence the incline added into the running today.

on weekends im bumping my workout to an hour... but not enough time in morning as of right now to do an hour of cardio AND weights....

hmm any ideas?

How are things going otherwise, oh and what's your verdict on morning workouts?

I know for me over here, I have spring fever, we are finally getting decent weather , so Im outside, playing tennis as much as possible, doing damn yard work and planting the garden, playign with the kids, yadda yadda yadda...

I havent even played wii in like over a week, HAHAHA!!!

You could always buy weights for home, focus on cardio at the gym and use weights later on at home...weights i dont use much, i did in boot camp and with p90x it is more physical body, full body motions, with weights thou but ya dont need them.

Hmm, maybe you can combine the two and do some sort of metabolic weight training... circuits come to mind.

That's just a general idea though, since I don't really know what all you're doing now.

Hello Hello! This weekend was such a BEAUTIFUL weekend! I spent alot of time outside! I was at a Volkswagen car show on saturday and then an 80's party that night. Then i went to breakfast and rode there with the top down in my little cabrio :biggrinjester:

Last night we had a cook out :)


Exercise wise... i didnt get to really get out and do much other than alot of walking around at the car show and then i played baseball last night in my friends back yard haha. I took a small break... since it was so nice out after all hehe.

Eating wise.... I did alright until yesterday. There was cook out food out the ass... so hotdogs and sausages, cheddar wursts... all those things i like :) I stuck to my turkey burgers this weekend... ate a good bit of that... and pretzals.


Last night though i did break into a few chocolate chip cookies and some chips... YIKES.


Anyways back in the routine today... this always happens right before i get my you know what... i crave chocolate and chips :banghead:
