Well, with the past few years of university I have noticed that my weight has increased rather rapidly, and before I knew it I was at 255 which is way higher than the 210 i weighed only 3 years ago. I started a new workout plan on monday where I will try to walk to the gym, work out, and walk back. The walk is approximately 12 kilometres there and back, so it isn't exactly a short distance. Combine this with a 1200-1300 calorie diet and its a rather intense plan.
I used to be a competitive athlete so going to the gym is nothing out of the norm, but eating properly is the biggest hurdle, but here is hoping I can stick it out, hopefully keeping a online diary of this helps!

)and have done 1 half hour cardio session, and will likely do some weights tonight. And as far as my diet goes I have eaten well...here's hoping it stays that way!
