That Motivation sounds AMAZING!! Good for you for getting rid of those Butter Tarts!...It's horrible to have something in the fridge haunting you!!! I know the feeling all too well.
...sometimes we just want to eat it , just to get it out of the house. Which makes no sense at all. Go figure!!!
Yesterday, I decided the SAME thing!!! I decided that YES, I want this BAD!!! I did weigh in and I'm up again 158!!
...And I jumped on that Treadmill and did massive sprint repeats for 45 mins too!! Wheh!! 3 days in a row at least. I was 159 again
a couple days ago. At least moving downwards again.

I find it's helping ALREADY...I printed pics of the reasons why I want to lose weight ( a pic of a hot woman in a bikini, a pic of graduation people having fun looking fit, and another hot woman bikini)...and I pasted them on the treadmill, on the bathroom mirror, on the fridge and wrote comments to myself too!!

I'm going to wear a BIKINI if it kills me!!!! Tonight I'm stepping it up too....90 mins of POWER YOGA and RUNNING!!! ...I also did arm intervals with weights inbetween sprints too!!! ..You are doing this woman!!!! I'm excited for that motivation!!
