I forgot to post my workout yesterday! I went to the gym after work and took a class called 1 minute solutions - it was a 30 min class and it was really intense - every 60 seconds we would switch exercises and do one exercise for a whole minute and then switch to the next - sprints, lunges, squats, planks, burpees - you get the idea - I was sweating after the warm up. Then I took a 30 min cycle class which used a bunch of intervals - standing, sitting, up hills, down hills, moguls, etc.
Went home and hunnie had made spagetti with meatballs - the meatballs were made out of deer meat - his friend caught it and it was so tasty! I think wild meat is leaner than beef - it tasted it anyway. After dinner we both did a 15 min arm workout before Survivor started. It was great working out together - we don't do that often but should do it more. I ended up being over my points because of the pasta and then we had a snack during Survivor - flaxseed crackers, cheese and pickles. The cheese was what killed me because the points are sooo high for it. I should have said no when he brought it down but I ate it mindlessly

It was still a better night than most and hope they just keep getting better.
