Hi I'm new here. I lost my weight 4 or 5 years ago. I lost 80lbs less then a year. I used to weigh 230 and now I am 150.

I am the one in the white shirt.

Thank you ladies! So do you two think I should dip into the 140's? I am going to tone up some more too. I like to think I am attractive. I just can't find myself a woman! lol

What I would do is try to tone up. Not bulk up(unless you like that) but add some muscle and then when doing that you will loose a few lbs in the process. I wouldn't worry about so much the number right now. When I reach my weightloss goal then I am going to start lifting a lot more. I do a lot of weights now,but my arms seem to just be bulking up on top. Im not loosing the weight it's turning into muscle and I would rather not have man arms. lol

I think you're at a good weight right now to be honest. After you tone up I think you'll be extremely happy with how you look. Good luck!
 
I cut back on food and try to eat healthier. No sodas other then a diet coke here and there. I drink mostly water, orange juice, and skim milk. I also run a lot. When I got close to my ending weight I was running 2 miles a day during the week and 5 miles Sat. and Sun. I also was lifting a little bit of weights. I have been 150lbs for about 5 years now. I let myself go a little bit in the winter and sometimes gain 5 or 10lbs, but I lose it right back off when it starts getting warm out.
 
Thanks again everyone. I have started working out to tone up today! I went to the gym and did some weights then ran 3 miles on the treadmill.
