Thank you ladies! So do you two think I should dip into the 140's?
What I would do is try to tone up. Not bulk up(unless you like that) but add some muscle and then when doing that you will loose a few lbs in the process. I wouldn't worry about so much the number right now. When I reach my weightloss goal then I am going to start lifting a lot more. I do a lot of weights now,but my arms seem to just be bulking up on top. Im not loosing the weight it's turning into muscle and I would rather not have man arms. lol
