I am in desparate need for some guidance.... I am 27 years old and weigh 80 kg. I have always struggled with my weight. I have polysistic ovaries and find it very difficult to lose weight. I have been on wieght watchers, but once I get to a certain wieght I can not lose anymore, have been on weight watchers on and off for 4 years now! I reagularly attend the gym and would say I am reasonably fit.. I do kick-boxing, Boxerfit, spinning and go to the gym every week. I have a heart rate monitor which indicates that I burn off between 1600 - 2000 calories a week. I work as a special needs teacher which can be quite stressful and am on my feet all day. I have a reasonable diet, but after I go to the gym I eat at approximately 9.00 at night ! What am I doing wrong? Can anyone give any help am getting to the point of desparation... have started to investigate into something called lighter life... has anyone heard of it, if they have could you give me feedback... any help would be much appreciated!
