help pleasee

Im new, today is my first day I thought id say that i am a 15 year old girl, 5'3 & is 133 pounds. In the past month i have gained 13 pounds. I look terrible and i hate it. How do i fix this, i need any help i can get, thanks.
 
i won't go into detail, but just start eating healthy no fast foods, portion your meals eat around 6 small meals a day, lots of water 2/3 of a gallon for you(build up to that amount) . eat a little bit less then normal but only little less. exersice 4-5 times a week like: running, swimming, bikeride. <- do this for about an hour. if you can workout meaning weight lifting, or work on bodyweight exercises is fine as a start. tell us what your eating, what your activitys are.

I bet you don't look half as bad as your making out, one thing you need to try not do is put yourself down, try to think positive. I am around the same height as you and I know how hard it is to find the right shape for your body but if you just do 30 mins exercise 2-3 days a week you should see results in no time, but don't push yourself too hard. :)
