i won't go into detail, but just start eating healthy no fast foods, portion your meals eat around 6 small meals a day, lots of water 2/3 of a gallon for you(build up to that amount) . eat a little bit less then normal but only little less. exersice 4-5 times a week like: running, swimming, bikeride. <- do this for about an hour. if you can workout meaning weight lifting, or work on bodyweight exercises is fine as a start. tell us what your eating, what your activitys are.
