hey, im kinda new here, and my friend told me about this site and im just gonna post what i got now and help me, advice. . He gave me some protein and creatine... I take that after my workout, mixed with lots of fruits.. and advice on a good diet would be good too.. cuz i eat school lunch.. ewww
