Help Please!!! :)

hey, im kinda new here, and my friend told me about this site and im just gonna post what i got now and help me, advice. . He gave me some protein and creatine... I take that after my workout, mixed with lots of fruits.. and advice on a good diet would be good too.. cuz i eat school lunch.. ewww:( and any advice for a beginner please :)

-Weighted Crunches
-Side Bends

Tuesday: Legs
-Squats
-Leg Raises
-Leg Curls
-Calf Raises

Wednesday:
OFF

Thursday: Back/Bicepts/Forearms
-Bent-Over Rows
-Deadlifts
-Shrugs
-Upright Rows
-Barbell Curls
-Chinups
-Wrist Curls
-Hammer Curls

Friday: Shoulders/Tris
-Military Press
-Rear Delt Rows
-Upright Rows
-Front Lat Raises
-Close Grip Bench Press
-Skull Crushers

Saturday:
OFF

Looks like a good starter routine. Keep upright rows on one day instead of two. I would also for time's sake, put shoulders with legs, and tri's with chest.
