Help on Training Schedule

Hi, i'm a normal guy, 20yrs old and weighing 70 kg little bit skiny, i want to build my preferably chest abs and arms, now i would like help on how to train.. at home i have a 4kg arm weights and ab rocket. is there someone could help me out pls? like push ups etc, or a schedule pls
 
Hello Mamu, if you want to increase your chest muscles, you are going to need to lift heavy weights for sets of 8-12 reps. Also, you'll need to increase your protein intake.
 
It would be nice to before you start the training to know something more about it. how to train, when to train, etc.
