i agree; i used to eat 8 egg whites in the moring and i would eat them every day but they are too expensive and my dad wont buy me them(i am 15).

can you see your abs from all those crunches? if not its b/c you just have some fat covering them; doing ab exercises doesnt reduce fat. if you CAN see them, nevermind what i said and keep doing them.

a cheat meal at BK maybe once a month isnt going to be too terribly detrimental but its all the little cheats here and there that add up. If you really want to get lean, you need to eat a clean diet.
If you cant do that, then maybe you arent ready for a change in lifestyle. You need to be able to embrace the change completely.
