I have recently enlisted into the military, and I have realized that I have somewhat of a problem: I can barely do 15 good pushups. This won't help me out too much in boot camp... I asked around on how to improve, and I always got the same answer: just keep doing them, build yourself up. This doesn't work for me. The rate of improvement is WAY too slow, and I don't have much time. I'm leaving in about 2 to 3 months, and I need improvement FAST. I'm not looking for "defined abs" or "huge biceps," I just want to be strong enough to pound out 20 pushups at random without struggling. Please help me out!
