Help! I need abs quick

Help! I am 15 im 5'9 and wiegh 147Lbs. I need to get abs real quick and lose my lower gut. Spring break is coming soon and i want some abs. Can u help me out and give me some tips to achieve my goal. I have 30 days to do this and i will do anything. I have been doing some exercises but i dont know what to do. Thanks a lot and please help me.

simply, cardio + clean diet. crunches dont hurt either.
best put by spockafina, abs are made in the kitchen.

want to burn fat fast, wake up in the morning and do some cardio on an empty stomach, then eat breakfast afterwards.

take a look at the HIIT section, thats some grueling fat burning cardio.

cardio on an empty stomach will also burn some muscle.. but if your goal is only to lose fat, and ur not worried about muscle, then its a good idea.. maybe try a whey protein in water before the morning cardio, that whey you dont burn muscle

yeah, wasnt thinking about that. but even something as light as an apple will stop catabolism. whey protein shake would probably be a better way to go. chocolate protein shake sounds good right now...mmm...i remember the last time i had one, years ago...

yeah corple is right, just about anything will stop catabolism, but if you're looking to loose weight eat something with protein w/o any carbs or fat (i think the only option is a whey protein shake) bc the entire reason for running as soon as waking up is that you'll have nothing to burn except fat!

rough ideas for meals include

breakfast: oats, eggs, milk, yogurt, cereal, bread, fruit, etc

mid morning and mid afternoon meals: sandwiches, pop top cans of tuna or chicken or salmon, fruit, nuts, protein shakes, homemade protein bars, cottage cheese, yogurt, etc

lunch and supper: chicken or lean red meat or fish or turkey with beans or brown rice or veggies or potatoes

before bed: cottage cheese, milk, yogurt, nuts, natural peanut or almond butter, eggs, etc

Abear mentioned just about everything to include in your diet.
Eat 5-7 meals per day, with a serving of protein with each meal (15-25 grams). If you don't eat clean, you'll never see your six-pack.

abear,
I noticed that you mentioned homemade protein bars. How do you make them?
i havent done any in awhile but when i do, this is the one i'm gonna try out

MagicPunt's MRBs (Meal Replacement Bars):

Combine in large mixing bowl:

3 Cups Oatmeal
1/2 Cup Natural Peanut butter
1 cup Skim Milk
4 Scoops Protein Powder
dash of cinnamon

Mix with a large spoon or knife until a sticky batter is formed (may take a few minutes)

use the spoon or knife to spread out the mix into the bottom of a Pam-sprayed glass or metal cooking tray (spread until even)

top with 4-8 packets splenda

put in the fridge overnight and cut into 8 equal bars that yield:

11g fat (good monounsaturated fats)
26g carbs
21g protein

285 calories

Losing weight and getting ripped is not one decision, it's the many little choices you have to make everyday.
