Help,i am Huge!!

1. The way people run the Atkin's Diet usually sucks due to the lack of fruits and vegetables (ala Leip's lack of fiber and good carbs).
2. Carbs does not fat one make...everything in moderation
3. Skip all the super high rep stuff; it does little for adding muscle

And
4. Yer body is carrying a much high level of hawtness.

Try to get in good compound movements (squats, deadlifts, rows) mixed with a couple of isolates (crunch, bicep curls, leg curls)
Your routine should take about 40 to 50 mins. Doing 100 crunches in a row is just going to overtrain your muscles and give you no effect. However doing 20
in sets of 3 with focused effort can do wonders. So get a good full body routine or if you need help with one let us know.

Cardio-Seems to be fine really, you might want to increase your time a little more so then intensity. As far as the running though this may seem obvious I just want to stress how important a good shoe is when running. Don't skimp on the shoes, and if running outside alot try and run of dirt tracks or grass more than concreate if you can.

thanks for all the great info,i am reintroducing some carbs,i have been abstaining myself from bread and patsa etc etc,but now if i eat them my stomach hurts..so i am just introducing some more fruits than grains..i am fine with pulses and ,oat meal..but sweet potatoe has never been my favourite
another thing is if i eat carbs in more than 50g a day,i retain water and look bloated specially on face,though i drink 3/4 ltrs of water.

i understand what u mean with 3 sets with full attention,i will start doing that..
and as far as running is concerned i dont run outside..i run on treadmil,cant afford t go out sice its too hot here, it goes 50 plus degree ,alli can do is set my treadmill on a higher incline ,mine has upto 12% incle, so what incline level should i set for resistence?

Ok, it looks like you have a hrad firm body.... a nice tan, nice skin, and from what I can see a killer rack. What exactly is the problem?:confused:
 
Of course, every woman feels the same way you do when they look in the mirror, no matter what size they are. It seems like the hardest ones on themselves are the skinny ones.:p

skin isnt nice loads of strech marks have a three years old son, a huge one!! and tan is natural i am asian;)

From those pics... you look nice. Everyone here has said the same thing. Maybe you should post some of your hideous pictures. As far as what I think a hot body is, you have it. And now that your Asian, I think you are even hotter. MORE PICS, MORE PICS. But seriously, you look really good.
