I am still confused on why you guys can't have a piece of chocolate. Why are you denying something that WON'T do any harm? It only leads to harm if you have more than you allot for. I am not saying eat 500 calories worth, but certainly, there has to be room in your caloric intake for 100 calories of some sweetness. Most diets should be about portion / self-control / discipline and not EXTREME's. Those tend to lead to failure...
And stop SAYING it has no nutritional value!!!
