Hey,
I'm new! I found this site after going to try on a wedding dress and noticing my large arms and rolls. I don't like! On my wedding day I DO NOT want to be ashamed of my body! So I googled weight loss forums and here I am.
I'm 5'6" and when I met my fiance I was a happy 140. In the past 2 years I have gained 35lbs. I picked up his terrible eating habits. In which he gains nothing and I gain a lot. >
Now we are going to eat healthy and I got a Membership at a gym. I also have an application on my phone to count calories for me. I would like to get back to 140. I started this to keep myself on track. I am hoping to post measurements, weight and pictures weekly. Pictures will be posted less frequently and I will post my last picture in my wedding dress, just for fun.

Weight:172
Arms: 13"
Thighs: 24.5"
Hips: 43"
Waist: 33"
Chest" 42"
Got my membership on Thursday and I went to the gym Thursday, Friday and Sunday.
One question...I thought that you were supposed to weigh less in the morning. Last night I weighed 168. This morning I weigh 172. I've checked everyday last week and the same thing...Is that normal? Or does it indicate I'm doing something wrong?
