I hope you benefit from your Y pass. Good move on upping your cals especially on workout days. It would be a shame to run out of steam during a workout, yanno ??
I can't speak from experience but when you workout don't get all freaked up from muscle weight gain - I suppose this could happen, right ?? I would imagine a strong 132 beats a weak 128 anyday - just thinking out loud here.
