Thanks photo! Sorry I havent been on the past few days, life has been very busy. I have been walking and keeping a cal intake of about 1200 since Aug. Mind you I went off of the for a few weeks and gain some back, and I started again. When I joined the forum I weighed about 150, so lost 20 before joining. I just need to get this last bit off!

I have been keeping my cals at 1200 the past few days. The only day I blew it was Sunday... Superbowl.

I havent walked because it is so flippen cold outside. School has been delayed today, and cancelled the past two due to snow.

Maybe that's what I need to do, decrease my cals to 1200 instead of 1300-1500 per day. I was really fine with the 1200. ...something to think about..

Yesterday, 2-9-07... Not so good.

Breakfast, apple, 70
Lunch, double cheeseburger, parfait, 150 + 460 = 610 Eeps
dinner, 2 slices of pizza, 610
Lots of water today

Cals, 1290... Even though I stayed within my cals, I know today was not a good food day, lots of fat and carbs today. And believe me, my digestive system is paying for it this morning. I have not eaten fast food in over a month.
Water, 3 L

No exercise :(

I havent walked in over a week because it is around 0 degrees F with the wind chill. I cant wait for spring to come. I should join the YMCA, but I am hesitant, I dont want to commit myself to a year contract and not go, and be out about $400. So I am going to call and see if you can join a month at a time, just to see if I will utilize it. If not, I will bring out the videos. I have not been doing so well lately. Maybe some of it has to do with the stress at work. My daughter's tumbling school just started an adult tumbling class.... thats a thought...

Okay, called the YMCA

Family for 1 year is $344.00, or $27.00 bank draft a month

Family for 3 months, $125.00

Family for 6 months, $230.00

Single person for 3 months, $95.00

+ $20 membership fee with all.

hmmmmm.... delima delima.

This is what our local Y has...

Facilities: Gym, Fitness Center, Free Weight Room, Aerobics/Dance Studio, Indoor Running Track, Outdoor Field, Sauna/Steam Room, General Purpose Room, Drop-in Babysitting room

Also, children under 12 cannot get on any equipment. So the only thing that my daughter could do is walk the track, do her homework, or play in the gym if it is not it use. But of course she is too young to leave at home! There are basketball games, volleyball, etc going on in the gym usually. Or join the dance class there, which of course is extra. The dance place she goes to now is $5.00 an hour which is VERY cheap!!

HRMMM.. what to do.

Less than a buck a day seems reasonable - if you use it. I'm creeped out about public workouts though, maybe it's the 'getting started' fear *shrugs*

No pool sucks - thats probably why our Y is about 200.00 a year more than yours.

Nice going on your menu, looks like you're doing great considering we're in the dead of winter and all.

Well I have decided to join the YMCA. But I am waiting till I recieve my mileage check from work, it should cover most of the fee. So I am excited about that!

I will be joining the Y this weekend. The roads have been under a state of emergency because of the ice and snow. School has been out for the past three days and a 2 hour delay tomorrow. UGH. I wish things would get back to normal. I am sooooo ready for spring.

I think I have gained a few pounds, but I am too scared to weigh myself!

This weather suuucks!! But it's supposed to be in the 40s & 50s next week so spring must be just around the corner right? :D:D Have a great weekend!!

Okay, had a bad weekend food wise, pizza, atleast 2 ding dongs. I think it is because I am not holding myself responsible for posting. I weighed myself this morning and it said 132. I am not going to change my ticker just yet. I know weight fluctuates. This seems to be a habit of mine though, getting close and then back sliding. I am fixing it right here, right now.

Signed up for fitday today. I have my foods listed there. Will start posting totals.
