Okay, I'm new to this diary thing. But, I've been reading on some others. I want to lose but, can't seem to get there. I haven't drank soda for a year, I don't eat full meals, I nibble throughout the day. Stuff like a couple slices of roast beef or turkey. I move around all the time, cuz if I don't I fall asleep easily. So what gives. I know this is good for you, but it doesn't seem too matter what I try. Any ideas. 

Made a decision today to go to the gym at least three times a week or more. No matter what it takes. I'm going!!! I say I'm going!!!! I have waited long enough for me to get in there and do what makes me feel better about me and find more energy. Wish me luck. Tomorrow is the start of a new and better, brighter and sunshinier day.
