Hey,

I have a question for anyone that has knowledge in this area. I am 6ft 190lbs at the age of 18. I believe it is a little over weight because im not a "bulk" guy. I don't have the healthiest diet, but I do play sports. I was wondering if anyone could recommend some eating habits that work for them and some type of food that is healthy. Also I am "flabby" in the stomach/pecks area. I started the ab work outs and they are working, any exercises for the pecks? I have access to weight room (If a machine is better for pecks). THANKS A LOT!

Edit: How many time of day should I eat? and what should I eat for the "snack" portion (not the breakfast/lunch/dinner)
 
For the edit... ideally you should eat 5 or 6 equal meals per day. So there really isn't a snack and a meal portion. But eat something to complement your meals properly to get to the right % of carbs/protein/fat and all of the right vitamins and minerals. Otherwise see the PM.
