Hi. these past few days i have been having very bad headaches whenever i exert myself. started with weights training, when doing a chest press, and the compression just seemed almost to force blood to the head and create the pain. Yesterday and today have seen the headache emerge with even warm-up type exercises with low intensity like push-ups and chin-ups. I have not dared to exert and push through the headache.
